Terms of use

Effective 17 October 2026. The pages on christianobornemanusa.online help a visitor understand the business and prepare a motor-vehicle parts enquiry. They do not run an ordering platform. The following terms distinguish information gathering from a separately agreed trade transaction, while preserving responsibilities and rights imposed by applicable law.

1. Which business the pages present

The company is CHRISTIANO BORNEMANN LTDA, CNPJ 00.264.922/0001-06, registered at RUA IMACULADA CONCEICAO, 1776, PRADO VELHO, CURITIBA - PR, 80215-182, Brazil. “Christiano Bornemann” is the name used in the public presentation. Its registered activity concerns wholesale trade in new motor-vehicle parts and accessories. These details identify the business, not a manufacturer, vehicle dealer or overseas establishment. Do not infer an American location, export service or foreign warehouse from the English language or the website domain.

2. A guide for enquiries, rather than an ordering system

The home page discusses references, vehicle application, quantities and commercial questions. It contains no searchable stock catalogue, current price list, customer-account application or mechanism for purchasing goods. Its headings describe the subject of an enquiry. They do not confirm that every kind of component, brand or accessory is supplied. Browsing requires no registration, and these terms do not impose a membership, subscription or enquiry fee. A future purchase would need its own item and transaction information.

3. Use references carefully

Where you have a part reference or marking, include it accurately and distinguish it from a vehicle model or a general description. Similar-looking components can differ in connection, dimension or application. A reference supplied by a visitor has not been verified merely because it appears in an email draft. This site provides no automated cross-reference database, compatibility certification or technical inspection. Obtain the relevant specification for the actual application before treating a proposed item as a suitable replacement.

4. Make quantities and units unambiguous

An enquiry for ten pieces is different from one for ten pairs, kits or packaged sets. State which unit you mean and identify separate references separately where helpful. Any pack size, order minimum, quantity break or discount must be clarified for the proposed transaction. The word “wholesale” describes the registered activity; it does not publish a universal eligibility rule or price advantage. The website neither confirms quantity available nor allocates goods to a buyer while a form is being completed.

5. The action performed by the forms

The forms prepare an email addressed to [email protected] through the email application configured on the visitor’s device. Name, email and message fields are required; the visitor phone field is optional, and the request page also offers optional location context. An item passed through a request link can appear in the draft. Review the proposed content and choose whether to send it. The site itself does not transmit the enquiry, and a draft-opening notice is not proof of delivery or acceptance.

6. Do not treat a draft as a commercial commitment

The displayed mailbox has not been provisioned or delivery-tested by this website setup. Sending to it without acknowledgement is not a dependable way to confirm a supply arrangement. A completed form does not create a purchase order, open a credit account, book dispatch or authorize payment. If correspondence leads to an actual offer or agreement, its effect depends on the communications and applicable law. Nothing here strips a binding representation or accepted arrangement of an effect it would otherwise have.

7. Settle the scope of an actual supply arrangement

Before accepting a proposal, establish the seller, part identification, quantity, unit of supply, total price, applicable charges and payment terms. Clarify whether and how collection or delivery would take place, including the destination and responsibility for any separately agreed service. Relevant warranty and return information belongs to that transaction. No delivery coverage, turnaround, installment plan or credit facility is promised on these pages. The website cannot substitute for details that must be supplied in relation to an actual sale.

8. Product handling and installation are separate matters

General explanations about references and vehicle application are not repair instructions. The website does not inspect a vehicle, identify a fault or authorize an installation. Follow the information applicable to the actual component, including any relevant manufacturer instructions, and obtain appropriate technical assistance when needed. Do not infer that installation, testing, workshop work or an inspection is included in a parts enquiry. Any service beyond the identified goods would require a separate, explicit arrangement if the business offers it.

9. Use the contact tools for a legitimate purpose

Provide details that accurately identify your enquiry and a reply route you are entitled to use. If writing for a business, do not imply authorization to place orders or disclose records that you do not have. Avoid unrelated advertising, impersonation, malicious code, unauthorized access attempts and deliberate disruption of the site. No payment credentials or identity documents are needed to prepare an initial message. The Privacy policy explains the handling of typed information and the separate technical processing associated with visits.

10. Understand the role of the device and infrastructure

An email handler must be configured for a mailto draft to open. Browser, device or service restrictions may prevent that action. Hosting and Cloudflare support website delivery, including performance and network diagnostics, but do not turn the local draft into a delivered enquiry. The site promises neither continuous availability nor an answer within a specified interval. You may write independently using the registered business details. A technical interruption does not change an agreement already reached or remove a responsibility that otherwise applies.

11. Respect presentation and third-party identities

Text, type, graphic elements and layout are offered for viewing the business information. Their publication is not permission to reproduce protected material for another commercial project. A manufacturer name or reference, if used in later correspondence, identifies the subject under discussion and does not by itself establish an exclusive distributor relationship, endorsement or authorized dealership. The simple website mark is decorative, not a certification. For an ownership or attribution concern, identify the page and the material so the issue can be understood.

12. Resolve concerns using the relevant facts

The conditions of a real transaction and mandatory law determine rights and obligations. Describing the business as a wholesaler does not automatically decide whether consumer protections apply to a particular buyer. These terms contain no blanket waiver, mandatory arbitration or exclusive foreign forum. The Cancellation and return information explains how to describe a transaction concern without assuming an online payment occurred. Preserve the relevant quotation, correspondence and transaction records when a specific commitment or dispute is involved.

13. Corrections and written correspondence

For an inaccurate page, identify its URL and the information that needs review. Formal written correspondence may be addressed to CHRISTIANO BORNEMANN LTDA at RUA IMACULADA CONCEICAO, 1776, PRADO VELHO, CURITIBA - PR, 80215-182, Brazil. Keep evidence appropriate to the matter, especially when a transaction or deadline is involved. The effective date identifies this version of the website terms. Later amendments describe the pages as revised; they do not silently rewrite an accepted purchase or extinguish the legal effect of an earlier communication.
